The numeric keypad is a separate array of number keys on the right side of the keyboard. Similar to the calculator layout it simplifies number entry and math calculations. The numeric keypad includes the ten Arabic digits (0-9), the four basic mathematic operators (/,*,-,+), a decimal point (.), and an Enter key. The keypad often is integrated with other keys, such as editing keys. A Number Lock key is then used to toggle the pad between its dual functions.
